Here's what it look like when you finish sanding those lip. Remember, keep sanding those lip and keep pre-fitting it into the intercooler aluminum tube. If it does not fit yet, then keep sanding those tube lip until you able to make that black intake tube fit and seated all the way down inside the intercooler aluminum tube. MAKE SURE THAT YOU DON'T OVER SAND THOSE LIP. Is importance, because you want to have the tightiest fit as possible !!

This is the intercooler aluminum tube. Inside this tube it has an o-ring seal. This seal is to prevent air leak and give that tight fit when install the intake tube to it.

Now, you are ready to install the black air intake tube into the intercooler aluminum tube. Make sure that the air intake tube "end" side that you modified is install into the intercooler aluminum tube. The trick when install this tube is to twist and push until the tube is seated all the way down.

This is the MAS !! It very IMPORTANCE that you look on the MAS and find the side that has the ARROW pointing toward one direction of the MAS. When install this MAS, that arrow MUST still be pointing toward the throttle body. It very importance because inside the MAS, it has a "net". That net is there to smooth out the air just right before the MAS measure the air. Now if you would to install the MAS backward (the arrow pointed toward intercooler) then the MAS might not get an exact measurement on the incoming air because of the air turberlance. So it importance that you install the MAS the right direction.

Now, you can twist the air intake tube to line up and tight the clamp. And don't worry about the othe end of tha air intake tube that go into the aluminum tube from blowing off because it fit really tight that require two hand and alot od strenght to pull it out. But if you want to clamp that end, you can by cutting a of fuel hose and wrap around the air intake tube to create a same thick diamension as the intercooler aluminum tube then used the clamp to clamp between both tube. I don't do that on mine because personally, i don't think it gonna come off.
