All of the above
some more answers
- No exterior changes are evident in the brochure. I have not seen one in person.
- The options for C240/240 wagon/C320/320 wagon are the same.
- Destination charges are Not included (add $665)
- sorry no in dash CD (but now the cd changer is $400 factory installed)
- another interior change: the power adjustment for the steering wheel is now a small stalk at "7:00" behind the wheel like the S class.

Darkman
Some of the packages have changed.
On sedans/wagons:
The Bi-xenons are available, 172 / lighting package $750 includes the bi-xenons and headlight washers.
C2 package now includes the auto-dimming mirrors along with sunroof, rear shade and rain sensor.
C1 is the power seats and memory
C4 is heated seats and headlight washers
On coupes:
C4 is the bi-xenons w/ headlight washers
C1 is still power seats w/ memory
The auto dimming mirrors are included in C2 (along with pano-roof and rain sensors OR in the C5 package with leather, bose, pano-roof and rain sensors.
Heated seats are a stand alone option on either sedan/wagon or coupes (code 873) Or part of the C4 on sedans
It is confusing. This information is the latest "netstar", our Mercedes-Benz internal ordering/inventory system. There may be some changes for codes (i.e. C4 is now listed as a lighting And a heated seat package for sedans)

Out Of Control!!
Thank you for all the info. I'm seriously considering trading in my wifes BMW for the C240 wagon. I was talking to her this morning about it, and she would be all for it. She'd loose a little bit of power, but the practicality gains of the wagon are worth it. Have to crunch some numbers this weekend....
