Thumbs up 600 V12 Restoration

Hi,

I send some pictures from my newly made restoration of my 600, i was only going to change the timing chain but as you know there will always be moore..... The cylinder headgaskets were leaking and when we´ve got this far it was only to continue, i also replaced the waterpump and every gasket in the machine. And of course we fixed the valves to.

Anyway it was good before but now it goes like hell without leaking oil

Cheers;
Mats

wow, you must had a lot of fun doing it. Let's know the result when you're finished.

Well I didn´t do it quite by my self so it was somewhat expensive, anyway i love the car and i haven´t had any other problems with it as suggested on this board, the Ac is working fine, the door help is also engaging and its a beauty, only an old man as former owner. We had to change one thing though and i don´t know the name for it in english but i think it was the "wire packet" for the injectors, and it wasn´t cheap about 900$. So there were some bad wires as suggested on this board.

I shall send you some pictures when the weather gets better so i can take it out of the garage :-) ( Only driving it in the summer)

Cheers;
Mats

aaaaaaah, that is what we call the engine wiring harness.

They are all bad from 1992-1995.
