The recemmendations I received from people here is Mercury Select. They seem to provide good coverage and they include all things like tax, diagnostic time, fluids, filters, seals and gaskets for RELATED repairs. I now have them covering my S55.
After having purchased an after market warranty from a deadbeat company for the CLK55, which I fortunately never had to use, I opted for Mercury. They will cover AMG products.
You can reach Lisa Chamberlain at:
800-372-0665 ext 409
lisac@autowarrantybroker.com
She was very helpful and will send you an actual contract for your review prior to purchasing coverage. Do a search and I think you will find they are a good company. They are not a "risk management group."
I have no affiliation with them or her.
Hope this helps!

Be careful! The profit margin is HUGE on warranties.
I do computer consulting to a Mercedes Dealer and because of my relationship with them I got my car and warranty at their cost. But also got to see the standard markup... which is typically well over 300%
If the car is less than 6 years old, and has less than 50k miles on it... I wouldn't buy a 4yr/48k warranty for any more than $2500 with a $100 deductible. Covering EVERYTHING on the car.
If you are looking for a wholesaler on warranties, PM me, I will blackberry my guy and ask if he can/will do deals on internet with an agree'd profit per warranty.
Another Caveat... instrument cluster, make sure it is covered.
Just my thoughts on the matter.
