Great Pics everyone, I'm thinking of putting some amps and replacing the rear speaker with larger speakers. The stock are only 6-1/2 I think, would like to try to put in some 8".
I got a Kenwood MP3 Deck right now, probably keep that for a while, don't think I want to spend all my budget on a LCD screen, but it sure looks great !!!

I gonna start taking the car apart this weekend,
Maybe I post some pics as I go. They sure put a MB together well. There are so many screw and panels to remove.
My biggest worry is to finish with 10 screws left over. :p

the center console come apart as follow:
1. there are 2 bolt underneat the carpet inside the centre console glove book near the back, pull the carpet back to reveal it.
2. remove the trim around the shift plate.
3. remove the plate around the shift plate (see my photo)
4. the center console will lift out then.

CLK Grill for SLK
I got mine from Hoehn Mercedes for under $100 with the 20% discount off of the list price. You should try them for any OEM part. Try Carol at (760) 438-4454.
I have not received it yet, but I hope it is the right one!
part #: A20988001837246
Thanks.

How do you remove the section around the speedo and tach I need to replace a bulb behind the gauges and would prefer not to pay an mb tech 47 an hour to do it. Thanks.
